Former Use: The Oldcastle Precast, Inc (Oldcastle) property is located at 1625 Wall Avenue and consists of two parcels totaling approximately 16.98-acres. This property consists of office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and a storage yard primarily used to store concrete cast products. Oldcastle is the parent company to AMCOR White who operates this facility. The property is currently developed with a main office building, five out buildings, a welding shop, a break room building, main production plant, and storage yard for current manufacturing operations. The eastern quarter of the property was concrete paved primarily around the main production plant. The remaining western area of the property was unpaved consisting of a gravel/dirt storage yard.
