Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The State Road Commission property is located at 1483 Wall Avenue and consists of approximately 4-acres. The front sign states that the property is utilized as a Utah Department of Transportation (DOT) Materials Testing Lab. Approximately six structures are located on the property and are constructed of steel truss, cinder block, and metal siding. The northeast building appears to be utilized as office space and the materials testing lab. The southeast building is labeled Herbicide Storage and has two maintenance bay doors. The south building has nine maintenance bay doors. The remaining structures around the perimeter of the property include storage sheds and three-sided free standing structures used for vehicle, road salt/sand, and equipment storage.
