Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Staker Parson property consists of the former Fife Rock Products which was utilized as a ready mix concrete plant and a hot mix asphalt plant. Staker Parson currently leases the property to Blackwell, a hydro-seeding company.The property is currently developed with an office building, two shop buildings, a concrete mixing tower, a covered storage structure, and storage areas for current and previous manufacturing operations. The employee parking area along the western portion of the property and areas surrounding the office building, shops, mixing tower, and covered storage structure are asphalt paved. The remainder of the property consists of a gravel/dirt storage yard.
