Property Highlights

City had looked into buying this property until they found out a private purchaser was interested in buying this property. The private purchaser would be able to develop this property better than what the City could. The City were the ones to contact us for the Phase II work.

Former Use: This property has been used as a body shop and garage to fix automobiles for many years. The Werner family had owned the business and property since 1998. Private purchaser funded the cleanup.
