Additional Property Attributes

The property fronts Frazer Avenue on the north side. It is undeveloped with scattered trash and debris along with weeds. There are several mature trees on the property. The Reno- Tahoe Airport would like to sell the property for redevelopment. This lot adjoins two other vacant lots and makes the site ideal for redevelopment.

Former Use: Historic development of the property included a single family residence that was constructed in 1906 and was demolished in September 2009.
