The investigation area is generally bound by the intersection of Grant Street and North 30th Street on the north, North 29th Street on the east, North 33rd Street on the west, and Decatur Street on the south (Omaha). While some samples exceeded the acrolein remediation goal, these were procedurally determined to be classified as "non-detect" due to acroelin also being reported in QA "blank" samples. No other contaminants exceeded remediation goals. Due to the non-detect classification of acrolein "hits", no cleanup or institutional controls are required, but the City of Omaha has indicated it will require future construction to be protective for radon and, therefore, acrolein.
