Additional Property Attributes

Community benefit as site is located within downtown city center.

Former Use: The site was utilized for commercial retail and office space from its construction in 1910 until the building was demolished in 1999. A small portion of the building was used for furniture repair from the late-1940s until the mid-1960s. Additionally, an upgradient dry cleaning facility, upgradient automotive operations with associated USTs, an adjacent dry cleaning facility, and a downgradient dry cleaning facility were historically located within the immediate vicinity of the site.
