Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Located in a downtown residential neighborhood, the site once had a house on it before it was demolished in the 1960s. There were concerns that the cellar hole and nearby ravine may have or once had debris, junk cars and scrap metal on the site. The Phase I recommended a subsurface Phase II investigation. The conclusion of the Phase II stated that no exceedances of soil or groundwater Method 1 standards were identified on the site. It stated that a Permanent Solution with No Conditions is appropriate to close out the release.
