This vacant parcel is located at the intersection of Conway and Depot Streets. The site was historically used as a fuel oil storage/transfer facility by a previous owner. No records were identified with information regarding storage tanks. A concrete retaining wall and adjacent unknown pipes were observed on the site. A Phase II subsurface investigation to determine if the site has been impacted from historical site use was recommended.
