Additional Property Attributes

A second phase of redevelopment took place from July 2020-2021. The previously buried hazardous materials were disposed of and another building with an addition 19 affordable housing units was developed onsite.

The sq footage does not include underbuilding parking garage. Former Use: The 2.8 acre subject property (according to the Phase I) was developed between 1925 and 1927 as Wellman's Garage. The property continued to be used as an automobile sales and service facility (Wilson?s Garage and then Raymond S. Roberts) until the mid-2000s.
