Additional Property Attributes

In the short term the prospective purchaser plans to use the building for light industry, etc. and for the installation of a wood fired heating system. Long term use for the building is for light industry.

Former Use: The site is part of a former Estey Organ Manufacturing Complex. Site operations included pipe organ construction (1905-1960), trucking company (1960 -1985) and garage, storage and equipment rental (1985 to 2012). There was a gas pump on this site. Building is currently empty awaiting sale.
