Additional Property Attributes

Plans are for the property to be sold and redeveloped as a small manufacturing, cottage industry business incubator.

Former Use: The principal Site tenant is Wheeler Dealer--a retail store that occupies the western portion of the building. Brown Construction Company leases five bays of a shed along southern boundary of the Site for equipment storage. Totem Pallet leases the remainder of the shed and areas of the secured yard. Totem Pallet sub-leased to a firm processing old ectronic equipment for recycling and stored in the eastern bays of the shed. A former equipment washing area was also located near the eastern Site boundary. Past users included: Interstate Tractor & Equipment Co.; MacDonald Industries, Oregon, Incorporated Parts, Sales, Service; Pacific Northwest Equipment; Cascade Iron Works; Halones Auto Repair; Ironman Machinery; and Wheeler Dealer.
