Property Highlights

While Phase II sampling revealed soil SVOCs above remediation goals in the area of a former coal chute and soil gas VOC above a remediation goal (outside the current building), these may both be mitigated through construction/property use planning. The building has been completely demolished and all asbestos containing materials were removed prior to demolition. Final use of the property is not determined at this time.

Former Use: The building once served as a grand hotel and restaurant as well as a retail store, auto repair shop, and an apartment building.
