Former Use: This site is 27.64 acres in size with a vacant 180,000 square foot facility constructed in 1964. For almost 50 years, the site has been occupied by metal fabricators serving the rail, construction, agricultural and industrial markets. Major occupants of the site have included Inland Steel, Super Steel Products, and Wausau Steel. Phase I and II environmental assessments have been completed at the site, and the WDNR would like to conduct a site investigation to aid the prospective purchaser with cleanup and redevelopment of the facility.
