The Havre Eagles Manor was constructed in 1973 and was built to serve the independent needs of Havre's growing senior population. The buiding has 92 assisted living units that are occupied by senior ctizens. The building has numerous improvements being made to it including a new roof, interior upgrades, fire suppression system, landscape and other site improvements. The manor will also be expanding thier services to include certified foot care center and an information center that will provide information on food stamps, fire safety and prescription drug information.

Former Use: Property was built in 1973 for the purpose of supplying Havre and its surrounding area an assisted living opporutunity for low income seniors. The building is still being used for the same purpose to date. The ownership of the building is held by Havre Eagles Manor.
