Additional Property Attributes

The property is the site of a former rental equipment operation and automotive repair facility. It was recently purcahsed by the City of Arcata and has been subdivided in hopes of developing a portion of the parcel for affordable housing. A 20 bed transitional housing facility is planned.

Former Use: The property is a flat partially developed parcel in the city of Arcata. It has historicaly been used for automotive repair and as a rental equipment business. The property has a history of UST and AST releases. The phase II came back clean.
