The Salvation Army currently owns the property. Three facilities around the building have stored or handled petroleum substances. (McLeans Grocery, Qwest Havre, and Valley Cleaners) were identified within 1/8 mile of hte target property in cros gradient directions. However none of the builidngs three facilities have a documented release of contaminants to the environment. Phase I is being done as a due diligence for portentioal lease option for the site.
