Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property has been developed for use as a school as far back as the historical records will go. The locations adjacent to the south and west of the Subject Property have
primarily been utilized for commercial purposes, including the Interurban rail line, which ran adjacent to the western edge of the school from 1908 until prior to 1955, when the facility became a gasoline station. North and east of the Subject Property was primarily developed as residential and has remained residential.
