Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one parcel of land within the southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 12 North, Range 3 West. Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to be located in the vicinity of the Property. The Property is comprised of a vacant lot. The Property generally slopes to the south and southeast toward the Oklahoma River, located approximately 1.3 miles south/southeast of the Property; The Property elevation is approximately 1,220 feet above mean sea level (MSL). The Property is currently defined as being outside of the 100-year floodplain by FEMA. The Property�s geology consists of Permian-age sedimentary rocks. Soils at the Property are classified as �Urban land�.

Former Use: Historical sources indicate the Property has been vacant since at least the 1940s. There is no indication that the Property has been developed.
