Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of five contiguous parcels of land within the northwest quarter of Section 28, Township 12 North, Range 3 West. Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to service the Property. The Property is comprised of a 12,660 square-foot family home building, a 7,521 square-foot office building, and three 3,100 square-foot dormitories. The Property generally slopes to the northeast toward an unnamed tributary to Deep Fork, located approximately 2.5 miles north/northeast of the Property. The Property elevation is approximately 1,207 to 1,217 feet above mean sea level (MSL). The Property is currently defined as being outside of the 100-year floodplain by FEMA. The Property?s geology consists of Permian-age sedimentary rocks. Soils at the Property are classified as ?Urban land?.

Former Use: Historical sources indicate the Property was first developed as a residential dwelling prior to the 1920s. The house caught on fire and was demolished; a children?s home was constructed in its place in 1922. The building was expanded upon in 1930, and an office was constructed on the Property in 1964. Private residential structures were constructed on the southern portion of the Property in 1924. The residential dwellings on the southern portion of the Property were demolished in the late 1970s, and three dormitory buildings were constructed in their place.
