Additional Property Attributes

Phase I was completed because business was for sale and during a water line excavation there was some concern about possible petroleum contamination, which would have stopped the sale. The site is located to the SE of US Highway 87. The property consist of the main building, a gravel parking lot and loading doc and small storage shed. The surrounding properties are used for commercial and recreational purposes. Topography in the area is generally flat with a genle slope to the SE toward nearby Big Sandy Creek. The site has been and is currenlty being used as an automotive and tractor parts retail store, with occasional use of the machine shp for personal vehicle maintenance.

Former Use: August 1, 1981 the business was owned by Bg Sandy Auto Parts, Inc. On June 6, 2005 the business was bought by Big Sky Auto & Ag, LLC. The business currently operates under Big Sky Auto & Ag, LLC DBA: NAPA Auto Parts. On September 10 ,2013 the business was sold to Big Sky Auto Parts, LLC. The business has operated as a auto part store for more than 30 years and continues to this day.
