Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: As it is currently constituted, the site consists of three (3) adjoining lots with two (2) primary site buildings. The Office/Manager�s Residence building is a single-level, wood structure of approximately 2,035 square feet, situated near the northwest corner of the site. The Motel building is a two-level, wood structure of approximately 2,920 square feet, situated along the east edge of the site. Both structures were originally constructed in 1956. A small lean-to addition has also been constructed along the north edge of the Manager�s Residence, and a covered patio area with attached, enclosed work shop/storage area has been constructed between the Office/Manager�s Residence and the Motel, along the north edge of the property. The current owner of the site, Lumar Investments, Inc., acquired the property in 2004. Usage of the site has been the same since construction in 1956
