Former Use: The former Sloan�s Appliance Store located at 215 West Idaho Street in Kalispell, Montana. The property is described as Lots 5 and 6, excluding therefrom the southerly 4 feet of Lot 6, of Block 8 of Kalispell Original Townsite. The entire property is comprised of a total of 0.313 acres in the west-north section of Kalispell, Montana. The property has an existing 5,000 square-foot, single-story building that was originally constructed in 1966 to house the former Sloan�s Appliance Store. The building is currently vacant. The building is encircled with asphalt on the east, south, and west sides, which is used for parking. The title commitment report indicates the original land deed was recorded April 10, 1913.
