Additional Property Attributes

The surrounding area is industrial (petrochemical) with large unused parcels. This former gas station has an existing one-story concrete building of approximately 1,500 square feet, once used as an office, a convenience store, a restroom, and two mechanic bays, whose lifts were removed in 2008. A canopy made of concrete columns and metal roofing sheltered two gasoline dispensers, since removed. Three 55-gallon open-head metal drums on the site presumably contain wastes from previous subsurface site investigation. 2 single wall Underground Storage Tanks were removed in 2008, as well as underground fuel lines.

Former Use: The site, currently inactive since November 2005, was a retail gasoline service station since before 1974. It operated under the Texaco Brand. Underground storage tanks, transmission lines and dispensers have been removed.
