Additional Property Attributes

The former service station has the following structures. A one-story building 57' 10" x 30' that served as office, restroom and storage, as well as two mechanical bays (the hydraulic lifts were removed in January 2008). A metal canopy that sheltered two gasoline dispensers (removed). A steel and zinc structure used for auto body repairs and painting on the northwestern portion of the site.

Former Use: The former service station has been inactive since 2006. Previously it operated under the Texaco brand. It was a retailer of regular and premium-grade gasoline. Other services included: quick lube and manual car washing performed in mechanical bays. Auto body repair and car painting was performed in the northwestern portion of the Site.
