Additional Property Attributes

USTs and impacted soil were removed in 2004. Groundwater investigation revealed benzene and naphthalene at levels above those which are safe for residential use; however, given the location of the site on a commercial corridor, and adjacent commercial uses, non-residential use is anticipated if any development were to occur. Thus MDNR issued an NFA for non-residential use only.

Former Use: Former gas station.
