Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of a single bank building and large parking lot. Formerly, the eastern portion of the property was a historical gas station.

Former Use: The property consists of a 9,072 square foot (SF) single story retail/office building situated on 42,900 SF of land located on the north side of Colfax with the western border of Ivy Street and eastern border of Jasmine Street. The site was a former Colorado State Bank and Trust building that recently (last 60 days) shut down. The eastern portion of the property is a indicated as a historical gas station dating back to the 1930's. The whole property was redeveloped in the early 1960's into its current bank use.
