Additional Property Attributes

The Property was owned by a private individual with no buildings identified in 1874; it was occupied by a residence from at least 1882 until 1960, then a vacant lot for a few years until a gasoline service station was constructed in 1962. The gas station operated until 1983 (except for a few years in the 1970s when it was closed) when the building was remodeled into a medical clinic. It was used as a medical clinic until the early 2000s and has been unoccupied since that time.

Constance Mastromatteo obtained the Property in 1983 from Exxon Corporation (successor to Humble Oil & Refining). Humble Oil & Refining obtained the Property in 1962. From at least 1940 until 1962, the Property was owned by private individuals.
