Property Highlights

The Property contains an irregular-shaped, one-story, vacant hospital building. An addition to the building contains a basement.

Former Use: A review of the report indicates that the Board of County Commissioner of Meigs County purchased the Property in 1942 from Arthur and Ethel Orr. Consolidated Health Systems purchased the Property in 1997, and then sold it to Meigs Holding Company in 1999. In 2012, Holzer Health System purchased the Property. Information provided by the site contact indicates that Holzer Health System is no longer the owner. Meigs County Auditor records indicate that Meigs County Board of Commissioners is the current owner of the Property.
