Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This site is 1 acre in size with a 807s.f. residence, 1188 s.f. workshop and 840 s.f. trailer. Little is known about this property; however, it is believed that, beginning in 1985, the owners of the residence began a furniture refinishing and upholstery business. This use continued through approximately 2008 and the property became tax delinquent in 2009 and abandoned in 2012. Taylor County took the property through tax foreclosure in December 2013. Currently, there are three abandoned buildings in poor condition at the site. The large warehouse was utilized for the furniture refinishing and upholstery.
