Former Use: The property was previously occupied by two concrete block buildings and a metal canopy, that have since been removed. According to observations during the site reconnaissance, interviews, and historical documentation, the subject property had been used as a gas station, Western Auto facility, a muffler shop, and an auto body repair facility. Prior to the commercial development of the property, residences were located on it.
