Additional Property Attributes

The armory building was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The armory building is now being used as a fire station. Had to add $1 for redevelopment, since I didn't have a cost. The UST was removed on 12/2/93. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the abatement of lead-based paint, lead dust, and asbestos. Redevelopment cost estimated to be $10,000.
