Additional Property Attributes

Phase II ESA determined the subject property is suitable for future commercial or industrial development. If residential redevelopment were to be pursued, the observed exceedances of Statewide Standards with respect to lead would require delineation and over-excavation or the implementation of engineering controls in order to address contaminated soil. Based on the findings of this Phase II ESA, no further action appears to be warranted at this time to assess soil and groundwater contamination from adjacent property site use.

Former Use: The property has never been developed.
