Former Use: The Site consists of approximately 0.3 acres of land located at 942 Olive Street in Eugene, Oregon. The Site is located in a commercial area within the City of Eugene central business district and in the Downtown Urban Renewal District. The majority of the Site surface is covered by a 12,800-square-foot commercial building. The location of the Site is shown on Figure 1. The general layout of the Site is presented on Figure 2. Based on a review of historical records, the Site was developed with a single family residence as early as 1888. The Site and vicinity were primarily residential until the early 1900s. Historical maps show that the northern half of the Site was developed as an auto repair garage by 1912. By 1925, the entire Site was occupied by an auto repair garage that continued to operate under a series of different owners until the late 1980s. Bradford�s Hi�Fidelity, a home electronics retail store, has leased and occupied the Site since the early 1990s.
