Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located in the northeast corner of the Union High School property and is approximately 90 feet by 90 feet in size. The Site was the former location of the schools bus barn. The Site was being redeveloped into a community and learning garden. No contamination has been identified at the site. Fueling operations were not performed at the bus barn. Minor maintenance was performed at the bus barn. An assessment is needed to evaluate and resolve community concerns that the historic use of the property has made the property unsafe for production of food (i.e. vegetables). Project terminated by school board prior to implementation of work plan. Community garden to be relocated to different property within the community.
