Additional Property Attributes

Property currently has a draft Brownfields Agreement under negotiation with the State's DENR BF Program. Site will have institutional controls addressing old landfill cell that has low level detections of methane and other substances. Land use restrictions and building modifications will address environmental and public health related issues. Property is currently 100 redeveloped and operational as a new Scrap Metal Recycling Facility and has hired at least 4 new employees to date.

Former Use: Former partial landfill, salvage facility: Ruckman Salvage Patricia Ruckman Davis- Privately owned tuwary that was then used as City MSW landfill, then rented for trucking and storage, then bought by current owners as recycling facility.
