Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site reconnaissance, the site was developed with three buildings used by Cape Fear Community College. The building located on Parcel 1 was being used as a building maintenance and storage facility and continuing education academic building, the building on Parcel 3 was being used as an arts and humanities academic building, and the building on Parcel 2 was being used as a vocational education building.

Former Use: Based upon historical research, the site was developed with single-family residential dwellings from at least 1898 until 1967. The site was then vacant until it was developed with the current site buildings sometime around 1983. According to interviews the buildings on the site were previously used as an office-supply store and cabinet making shop
