Additional Property Attributes

Property is scheduled for demolition. A new City Hall/Fire/Police station is scheduled to be built on the property. Cleanup of soil and groundwater petroleum contamination is unknown as it will not be done through the States Brownfield Response Program. Asbestos cleanup of the structure itself was completed 8/25/2014.

Former Use: Property was at one time a farm implement store, maintenance shop, gas station, and car dealership from 1910-1992. Became the City Hall in 1993.
