Property Highlights

This was the former National Guard Armory Base in Tell City built in 1961. It was transfered to the City in 2011 when it was decommissioned as an armory base. The Phase I was completed under the ownership of Tell City. It was then transferred to Perry County on 8/13/2014. The County is planning on using the building and property for emergency management equipment storage and offices. Asbestos and Lead Based Paint investigation will support renovations for the County's use. Renovation of the building is currently ongoing.

Former Use: The property consists of a former Indiana National Guard Armory. The Phase I was performed during ownership by the City of Tell City. On August 13, 2014 the ownership was transferred to Perry County, Indiana.
