The underground storage tank may have impacted the subsurface soil and groundwater.

Former Use: The property includes a 2 1/2 story 6,000 sq ft building plus a partial basement and a 1,800 sq ft pole building addition. The building was used as a school and has been vacant and is in deteriorated condition. ACM is present in the building interior and is in deteriorated condition and exposed to the atmosphere.
