Property Highlights

The site has been cleaned up except for demolition of the building, which will be required before a Certificate of Completion can be issued. Historic documentation of the structure, which was required by the Section 106 review, is also complete.

An updated CAP was completed in September, 2021. An historic and archeological assessment have been completed, as well as a Section 106 Review letter in July. Cleanup is complete, as is archeological monitoring. Historic documentation of basement is also complete.
