Additional Property Attributes

This wastewater treatment plant was once located out of view and surrounded by woods. A golf course with large single family homes was developed and this outdated plant was decommissioned. The city and the owners of the golf course would like to re-develop to residential/recreational.

Former Use: The property contains all original structures and facilities. It was operated by private companies from the late 1960's until it ceased operations in 2006 when a transfer lift station was built to bypass the plant to the City's consolidated sewerage treatment plant.
