Additional Property Attributes

The site was occupied by a commercial building that was being demolished to expand Stadium Drive. Minor soil contamination was discovered as part of the Phase II Assessment, but the petroleum hydrocarbons detected in the on-site soils were below TRRP Action Levels. Asbestos sampling was performed on-site and the identified asbestos containing materials were abated prior to the buildings being demolished.

Former Use: Historically, the site consisted of vacant land until 1964, when the current on-site structure was constructed. The site has been occupied by Rays Bicycle & Lawnmower Shop (1971-1973); Better Dreams Waterbeds (1979); Knifty Ideas printing shop (1984-1987); and Up Front Letterpress (2005-2011) at 110 Stadium Drive and Rays Bicycle & Lawnmower Shop (1969); Battery Center (1973-1979); McCann Brothers Aircraft Co. (equipment and supplies company) (1984); AB Sign Co. (1997); Comanche Hose, Inc., North Texas Shaadin Co., and Lone Star Hose Accessories (2005) at 112 Stadium Drive.
