Additional Property Attributes

The site was a commercial building that was demolished for the expansion of Stadium Drive. The Phase I identified RECs on and off-site and the Phase II indicated petroleum constituents in the on-site soil, but at concentrations below TRRP Action Levels. An asbestos survey was performed and the identified asbestos containing materials were abated and the building was demolished.

Former Use: Historically, the site consisted of vacant land until 1968, when the current on-site structure was constructed. The site has been occupied by Swofford Electric Supply Co. (1971); Richardson Machine (1973); Visual Identities (1979); Special Service Supply (1984-1987); Lindesign office outfitters (1992); Howell Heating and A/C (1997-2001); Residential Filter Service (1997-2005); POA Printing (2005-2011); and Trinity Restaurant Equipment most recently.
