Additional Property Attributes

Contour Development acquired the American Spinning Mill Site. Redevelopment work began in January of 2020. 260 apartments, totaling about 350,000 sq ft and 28,000 sq ft of commercial is planned. The ACRES database will not allow me to insert and save the estimated sq ft of residential and commercial planned. It says that an error has occurred. The developer plans to be renting apartments in 2021. Total investment and number of jobs is not yet known but has been estimated as $49.8 million investment and 20 to 30 jobs created. Contour Development will utilize historic and textile mill tax credits.
