Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a large former automobile dealership building located in the central eastern portion of the property, asphalt parking lots were located to the adjacent to the north, south, east, and west of the building, and wooded land extending to the west of the parking lot behind the building to the Site line. The Site was originally developed in 1977 as an automobile dealership, Joe Firment Chevrolet. Prior to development the Site was farmland. The Site is currently used by Joe Firment Chevrolet as a body shop.
