Property Highlights

The property is the former McCray Refrigeration which manufactured wooden iceboxes and then electric refrigerators. Most recent potential contaminant source was from Russell, Burdsall & Ward that used upto 7,800-gallons of TCE per year on-site as a degreaser. All buildings on-site razed in 2018 due to a fire. Site is approximately 90% covered with concrete and/or asphalt.

8.599 acres, 1 parcel, no bldgs., razed in 2018 due to fire. Developed in 1887 by McCray. Russell, Burdsall & Ward used 7,800-gals/yr TCE on-site as a degreaser.

Former Use: Refrigeration manufacturing facility from 1892 thru 1970's. Paint chip manufacturing facility post 1970's. Site has been vacant since approx 2004
