Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: property was first developed as commercial/manufacturing land by at least 1939. It is understood that the property housed a pickle canning factory from the 1930s until the mid-1960s. It was later rented to the National Farmers Organization which had a large bulk tank believed to hold milk on the subject property. According to available records it appears the property was operated as a ceramic shop from approximately 1995 to 1999. At least two other businesses were associated with the subject property; however, the nature of the businesses is unknown. It is understood that for a period of time the property was used for automobile repair/service and an operating permit to operate an automotive repair shop at the subject property was requested and denied. The Property has been tax delinquent since 2010 and Barron County anticipates acquiring the property through tax foreclosure proceedings.
