Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The building was built in 1967 and was previously used as a church until 2012 when it was put up for sale. The plans for the property include an expanded charter school with multiple sections of the K-8 curriculum. The Pine Forest School will offer the students in the community a new facility that will educate over 350 students. The school will also offer holiday parades, music, and athletic programs including collaborations with other schools and community functions.
