Additional Property Attributes

The property is occupied by the now-vacant J.T. Parsons Cabinet Company facility. While vacant, it was used to improperly store medical, radioactive, hazardous and non-hazardous waste while they awaited incineration at a nearby facility. The City of Osceola entered the Arkansas Brownfield Program to assess the extent of contamination and determine requirements for reuse. Funding is needed for demolition of the building.
